I created this necklace with stones I found on the beach during a recent camping trip near the Hoh Rain forest in WA state. A lush and incredibly beautiful place, naturally I was inspired. Obviously I wasn't the only one feeling a peaceful calm. We saw these stone stacks all down the length of the beach.
I chose these stones for their color and shape. Adding in a frosty piece of sea glass found on another coastal beach last year. A beautiful match for the smooth, dark stones. Accented with a Hill Tribe, fine silver bead.
Dangling below is a hand forged OM nugget charm. Created from recycled bits of fine silver. The silver nugget is torch heated till molten. Once cooled it gets hammered in to shape and then stamped with the image. There is a small 5mm Labradorite stone dangling from the Om nugget charm.
