All Things Pink.

All Things Pink.

All about Pink and how color can transform our lives by inspiring emotions. Use color and especially the color PINK to inspire LOVE in yourself and in others. I'm even sporting some pink hair lately.

Picture of Cindy's pink hair.

Rubies are the traditional birthstone for July. But are the perfect reflection of Love for anyone who loves deep pink and beautiful gemstones!

Ive had a love for the color pink as far back as I can remember. I hear some females talk about pink as if it’s a bad thing . So... you can’t be a strong woman and like pink? Or... If you like pink, you must be weak. I strongly disagree.

While it’s true colors are more than simply their outward appearances, one color over another does not prove your strength.

I understand as a woman how difficult it can be to be seen as equal and even worthy next to our male counterparts. But really, it’s okay to love pink and be strong too.

I’m not downgrading the significance of color or how it can have a deep effect on our way of thinking tho.

Colors can and do evoke emotions.

It’s why we wear white to our wedding and black to a funeral.

Is it because we associate pink with girls that people assume pink is weak? That couldn't be further from the truth. Lets start lifting up girls and stop this ridiculous idea that women are the *weaker sex.

How can we change that?

What does pink really represent?

How can we empower it?

Let’s start giving strength to PINK instead of tearing it down. Because many of us are still love it. And doesn't vilifying a color sound ridiculous? Yeah, I think so too.

I know... guys wear it too and more power to them!

So I’m back to the question, what does pink represent? Or how can we empower it and girls?

I don’t have a good answer. It is just a color and I don’t know why it’s vilified.

First, I love to see that your shop is back open. I have one of your pieces from a few years ago.

Although pink is sometimes thought of as delicate, it sometimes appears strong in nature. I love to see it as nature’s promise in the sunrise of the morning or the reminder of a peaceful night in a sunset.

All girls should be valued and respected for who they are and who they can be. Pink is often associated with being feminine. Although it appears delicate, the unity around the color gives us the strength.

I love colours and have been in love with quite a few of them. I especially cherish aqua blue, turquoise blue-green, purple, and always pink!
I like many gradations of pink, from subtle pink like SAKURA-Japanese cherry blossom petals to probably my favourite pink – Magenta! Magenta is such powerful colour and its charming insistence always sparkles and catch people’s eye even if a tiny bit amount of it is presented and I like the way it stands out in a lovely way – I’d call it very feminine. I never saw women as a weaker gender in my life though I’ve had my share of witnessing some unfair treatments women received, unfortunately. But hey, we have strength as much as any men do, don’t we? I love how women can do a powerful talk or act yet those are expressed in gentle feminine manners. I imagine it’d be difficult for men to do the same thing… Oh, btw, I love men in pink fashion, too 😍
I believe that pink enhances all the good within us and helps us to feel and spread more love and peace.

Pink is warm and soft, it feels secure and cuddly. It is that safe place away from the storm and in the arms of protection. It displays an openness to all and a welcome to all. It makes you smile.

I think Pink is a fabulous color for all! It’s fun, bright and brings joy. It’s sassy and shows confidence.
